the staff offered very helpful service i appreciated that. the building has a lovely 17th-century style and charm. the location is GREAT close to many restaurants and cafes
the wifi connection was often UNRELIABLE it was frustrating. the walls seemed thin i could hear neighbors.

the staff seemed friendly enough, they did their job.
The room i got, a club double room, felt smaller than advertised. the bathroom was tiny and the shower always flooded, i had to use all the towels to mop. also, the walls seem paper thin. I could hear everything the neighbors did, i mean everything.

the location was amazing, a true highlight of my visit. the staff was friendly. fresh water awaited us each day in the room. i really enjoyed the treats available.
